Childminding Development Grant 2023
The CMDG is open to all childminders and covers a wide range of items and equipment that can greatly benefit your childminding services. These include toys, childcare equipment, safety equipment, outdoor toys and play equipment, toys and equipment to support inclusion and equipment for activities to support STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Maths) opportunities in your childminding setting.
To apply for the grant, please find attached the application form. It is crucial to submit the form along with the following documents:
- an up-to-date childminding insurance certificate
- a copy of Tusla Children First E-Learning Programme certificate
- a copy of your current tax clearance certificate.
Closing date for submission of application forms to your local County Childcare Committee by 5pm on Friday 14th July 2023.
In order to provide additional support during the application process, we will be conducting online information sessions in the coming weeks. The sessions are on 4 dates (see below).
