WCCC is excited to offer Hub na nÓg training for Early Years Educators in County Wicklow
The purpose of this training is to equip educators with the skills needed to involve babies, toddlers, and young children in decision-making processes as part of their daily work.
Hub na nÓg training will enhance educators’ ability to engage with children, ensuring their voices are heard and reflected throughout the early years setting.
The training is structured around the Participation Framework, which focuses on four key areas:
– Space
– Voice
– Influence
– Audience
On completion of this training you will recieve a Hub na NÓg certificate which can be used as part of your Core Funding Quality Action Plan.
